Every autumn, South Tyrol celebrates its centuries-old tradition, the “Toerggelen”. It comes from the ancient custom of farmers and wine merchants, between early October and the beginning of the Advent season, who meet to taste the young wines of the season along with a hearty meal. For this annual ritual we have taken the opportunity to invite you on a special cruise to enjoy the wonderful evening mood of autumn on the lake.

South Tyrolean specialties: “Susser” (new wine) as an aperitif, South Tyrol barley soup, lard breads, South Tyrolean bacon and ham plate with radishes, “Haussulz” (brawn) with onion, smoked sausage, Schuettelbrot (Tyrolese crisp bread), ravioli with brown butter, sauerkraut, Surfleisch (cured salted meat) with herb dumplings, Bauernbrat'l (country style roast), Tyrolean Gröst'l (fried potatoes, pork, onions and spices), chanterelle dumplings, South Tyrolean apple fritters, roasted chestnuts
